iPhone 4s dropped wont turn on

hi, i hope u can help

i have a iphone 4s,GSM, the screen broke, it broke so much, that the logicboard is a little bend,ant the middle frame has a slight bend also.. a laptop was dropped down on the phone, the phone is all dead, it wont turn on, even with charge cable, i tryed hard reset with no result,cant connect to itunes either,screen replaced, battery replaced, nothing works, what can be the problem?
