Paso 1
Remove the vibration motor
-
Use a spudger to push on the vibration motor through the hole in the midframe at the top of the vibration motor housing.
-
Once the vibration motor has released from the adhesive in the housing, grab and remove it.
-
Use high-concentration (>90%) isopropyl alcohol and a coffee filter or lint-free cloth to remove the adhesive from the vibration motor housing.
-
Apply double-sided tape, like Tesa tape, to the housing in the same place as the old adhesive.
-
If your new vibration motor does not have a foam pad, transfer the pad from the old motor to the new one.
