Prop up the screen

  • Place a small box or stack of books to the left of your phone so you can prop up the screen while disconnecting its cable.

  • Swing up the right edge of the screen like the front cover of a book.

  • Be careful not to strain the screen cable.

  • If the screen feels stuck, go back around the perimeter with an opening pick to separate any remaining adhesive.

  • Prop up the screen so you can access the screen cable.

Laat het scherm tegen een object rusten

Plaats een doosje of een stapel boeken links naast je telefoon zodat je het scherm daarop kan laten rusten terwijl je de schermkabel loskoppelt.

Klap het scherm open vanaf de rechterkant zoals je ook een boek zou openen.

Wees voorzichtig en voorkom dat je de kabel onnodig onder druk zet.

Als het voelt alsof het scherm vastzit, loop je je plectrum nog een keer rondom de buitenkant van de telefoon om de laatste stukken lijm door te snijden.

Laat het scherm tegen het object rusten zodat je de schermkabel los kunt koppelen.
