Soften the adhesive

  • Position the nozzle of your hair dryer 2–3 inches above the device.

  • Move the hair dryer along the surface of your device.

  • Never leave your hair dryer in one spot for an extended period of time.

  • Heat the surface until it's hot to the touch, or as directed by the repair guide.

  • If you’re heating an OLED screen, don’t heat it over 176 °F (80 °C) or you may damage the OLED screen.

  • If you’re heating the adhesive underneath the battery, make sure the battery doesn’t go over 150 °F (66 °C) or you may damage the battery.

  • Make sure to turn off your hair dryer before setting it down to continue the repair.

Ablanda el adhesivo

Coloca la boquilla del secador de pelo a unos 5 cm por encima del aparato.

Mueve el secador a lo largo de la superficie del aparato.

No dejes nunca el secador de pelo en un mismo sitio durante mucho tiempo.

Calienta la superficie hasta que esté caliente al tacto, o como se indica en la guía de reparación.

Si estás calentando una pantalla OLED, no la calientes a más de 80 °C (176 °F) o podrías dañarla.

Si estás calentando el adhesivo que se encuentra debajo de la batería, asegúrate de que no supere los 66 °C (150 °F) o podrías dañar la batería.

Asegúrate de apagar el secador antes de dejarlo para continuar con la reparación.
