Unplug the computer from the power supply before any maintenance or disassembly.
Lay the case on its side with the handle side pointing up. Remove the side panel of the computer case by pulling on the handle, as shown in this step.
Be sure to use an anti-static mat to ensure important components are not damaged by static electricity.
