  • Here's a shucked Surface for your viewing pleasure! In theory this is a tablet, but in our reality it was a pain in the butt!

  • The Surface Pro 6 brings more processing power (and heat) without changing its cooling solution much. Will the new thermal spreaders on the heat sink be enough to handle the power boost? Only time will tell.

  • After hearing rumors of a modular Studio, we were hoping this generation of Surface Pro would steer that direction. Alas, it's just as un-upgradable and un-repairable as ever, and it doesn't even get a USB-C port.

Ed ecco un Surface sgusciato per il piacere dei tuoi occhi! In teoria questo è un tablet ma in realtà si è dimostrato una gran rottura di scatole!

Il Surface Pro 6 porta con sé una maggior potenza di calcolo (e di calore) senza cambiare di molto la soluzione adottata per il raffreddamento. I nuovi diffusori termici posti sul dissipatore basteranno a gestire l'incremento di potenza? Solo il tempo potrà dirlo.

Dopo aver sentito voci su uno Studio modulare, speravamo che questa generazione del Surface Pro avrebbe svoltato in quella direzione. Ahimè, è inaggiornabile e irriparabile come sempre, e non ha guadagnato nemmeno una porta USB-C.
