Brush your charging port

  • Don't use any metal tools to clean the charging port, as you risk damaging it.

  • Insert the head of a brush, like a dry toothbrush, into the charging port.

  • Gently turn the brush in small circles to break up any clumped debris.

  • Remove the brush and use a dust blower or compressed air to blow out any debris.

  • If any debris is stuck, reinsert the brush and rotate it to let the hairs "scoop" out any debris.

  • Plug in your device and check if it's working. If it's still not working, move on to the next step.

Cepilla tu puerto de carga

No utilices herramientas metálicas para limpiar el puerto HDMI, ya que corres el riesgo de dañarlo.

Inserta el cabezal de un cepillo, como un cepillo de dientes seco, en el puerto de carga.

Desliza suavemente el cepillo hacia adelante y hacia atrás para romper los residuos aglomerados.

Retira el cepillo y usa un soplador de polvo o aire comprimido para eliminar los residuos.

Si hay restos atascados, vuelve a insertar el cepillo y gíralo para permitir que los pelos "saquen" los restos.

Conecta tu dispositivo y verifica si está funcionando. Si aún no funciona, continúa con el siguiente paso.
