Mantén presionados los botones Bajar volumen y Suspender/Encender en su dispositivo.

Después de unos segundos aparecerá el logo de Apple, continua presionando los botones de bajar volumen y el botón de encendido/apagado hasta que la pantalla vuelva a ponerse negra.

Después de unos segundos la pantalla de conectar a iTunes aparecerá. Una vez lo hagas debes soltar los botones de bajar volumen y Encendido/apagado para evitar forzar el reinicio por accidente

Para reiniciar en iOS, presiona y mantén los botones de Volumen Abajo y el de Reposo/activación hasta que la pantalla se vuelva negra.

Cuando veas el logo de Apple, suelta ambos botones y tu iPhone se iniciará en iOS.

Unfortunately Recovering your device will not remove iCloud Lock so you will need to recover your Apple ID through Apple

Please note that it has to be the version of iTunes you download from Apple.com NOT The Windows App Store. Apple removed this feature in the Microsoft Store version of iTunes. I updated the guide with this info.

hey there, a little late to this article. I have a problem, which is why I am here. If any of you know how to help restore a phone, without losing the data, that would be lovely. Currently it starts, and only shows the apple logo.... and then restarts. I am able to hold down the volume down button and side button and I am able to get it to the recovery screen that asks to connect to the computer and visit apple support. I haven't seen a screen that asks to connect to iTunes. Any suggestions? no rush, just hoping to get back to using this old school, but very much loved iPhone 7.
