After I replaced my iphones6s broken screen it started to overheat when charging and charge percentage will decrease really fast, like from 40% to 15% in about 3 min

Josselyn Lagos, Found this info. on your issue searching the net. Overheating problems after screen replacement, problem could be bad battery/damage to the battery connector or perhaps a power IC/component on mother board loose or damaged. You will have to disassemble phone again and check battery connector/motherboard and inspect for damage pins on battery/motherboard connectors and for damaged loose components. During using6s over heat occurred on back side upper part near camera.after battery replaced overheat again so shutdown .operate again cannot connect to WI fi. I suspect mother board failed.please comment to me by Email.dthiwil@gmail.com thank a lot
This happens cz display IC is not matching with mother board power supply to display ic. Change display and istall original

Are you using a preassembled screen assembly?
One that came with the front camera, earpiece and home button extension cable?
Maybe one of the parts in there are causing a internal short circuit to the board causing the phone to overheat and drain the battery fast.
Where exactly is the phone heating up at? Right below the rear camera?
At the top of the screen right below the earpiece speaker black grill?
