Low or no Memory Space Available
Computer has no more memory space available for any data.
Clean up the Existing Memory
If the memory appears to be full, try to clean up the existing memory. This can be done by deleting any files that are no longer needed. If there are any programs that are not used, these can be deleted too to increase space. This can be done by accessing the documents folder and right clicking over the documents you wish to delete and select delete from the menu.
Full Memory on Hard Drive
While saving a document or file, a message will be shown stating “low memory available” or “not enough memory space”. If this occurs, the hard drive’s memory space is or is almost full. Consider purchasing a replacement hard drive.

Computer Fails to Power On
Computer will not power on.
Battery Not Charged
One possible solution to restore power is to try charging the device. This is done by using the charging cable that goes with the device and connecting to an electrical outlet source, and the charging port on the device.
Faulty Power Cord
If the power cord isn’t working properly, the device may not power up. To fix this issue, a new power cable must be used. This requires a replacement of the cord, and can be done by buying a new cable for the device.
Faulty Battery
If the laptop will only turn on when plugged in, regardless of how long it’s been charged, it is due to a faulty battery. Consider purchasing a replacement battery.

Computer is Overheating
Computer is only blowing out hot air, and feels warm for most of use.
Dust Blockage
The cooling fan may not be the problem if there is dust caked up around the fan. To solve this issue, you must remove the dust by cleaning it out manually. A tissue can be used to wipe away the dust and clear the blockage.
Faulty Cooling Fan
If the laptop always feels warm and consistently blows out warm air, the cooling fan is no longer working correctly. Consider purchasing a replacement cooling fan.

Loose or Missing Keyboard Keys
The computer keys are loose or missing completely.
Damaged Keyboard
If the keyboard has damaged or loose keys, or is missing any keys, the keys must be replaced. Purchase new keyboard keys for those missing or a new keyboard if severely damaged.

Computer is Running Slowly
The computer is experiencing slow speeds and sometimes crashes.
Full Memory Space
The computer may be running slowly due to not enough available space for memory. This can be resolved by clearing out any unnecessary documents and programs. For a more detailed description, see the above section “Clean up Existing Memory”.
Full or Faulty RAM
If the computer is experiencing slow speeds and sometimes crashes, the RAM may be full or faulty. Consider upgrading or replacing the RAM.
