try a different battery. if that doesnt help, try connecting the screen without the prox flex. a damaged prox flex can cause all sorts of weird boot issues.

try a new charger and battery first.

You need a new LCD display. You can get cheaper parts but that one will require the least labor and will be pretty easy to fix. (since there is no separating or any other risky work required.)

Might be a defective battery. try your old one again to see if it does the same thing.

It sounds like your LCD display was fractured. You need to replace it. I recommend buying the whole assembly as it is MUCH easier and looks much better, but it is significantly more expensive. You can just purchase the LCD by itself, but you will need advanced knowledge of electronic repair, tools, and patience. It turns out the charger port flex was damaged in some way during the screen replacement. This is the usual cause of this message. Thanks.

My first suggestion would be to disconnect the battery as a soft reset, if you have the proper tools. If that doesn't work you may need to replace a part or two. Also, was the phone water damaged? Or how did this problem start?
