Well I’ll try but I was guided thru in Norwegian so let’s hope I use the correct terms. Go to settings Then to Apps Show all apps Show systems processes Select Telephone (or maybe called phone?) Select data storage The press remove data Close and restart Then it worked for me, phone works ok. I don’t know what kind of data was removed in the process, but the Huawei service man assured not dangerous. About this being caused by some Google update he did not seem too sure abt that.
