I think, after doing these steps you still have to fix the root problem. Unfortunately, this isn’t as easy as it sounds. (1) Cleaning out old files (2) Update your Apps and make sure you have updated the computers OS. (3) Upgrade your hardware if your drive is failing and/or add memory I hope this helps
