It is most likely a bad connection of the camera. Simply take off the rear plate and disconnect/reconnect the camera and that will fix it. GOOD LUCK!

I have something to add regarding the ZTE majesty take apart. The solution above is correct but it does fail to mention that the board is adhered to the back of the LCD with some strong glue so its going to take quite a bit of pressure to get it to release. I suggest using small amounts of heat to loosen the glue.....
