I have a JVC SI50UR 4k Roku Tv with a weird issue, there's some horizontal lines, but it only shows up with certain colors...

it seems you have more than one issue there... best way will be to first disassemble the whole tray from the system to clean and service it, that should stop the whole spinning issue, regardless if it reads the game or not... if you end up with a faulty laser, you can still find replacements, so servicing it is still the first step anyways since you will need to clean all that to replace it

Does it go away with a power cycle? I have a JVC Roku Tv and that goes away just with that

Can you open the camera app?, if it just gives an error and returns to the menu then this could be the answer I tried an old DS game in a faulty old 3ds and it just showed me the turn off console screen instead of opening it, I'm still looking if the same turn off issue and this is related to that single flex cable
