I just fixed mine by using plastic prying tools ($10 Amazon) and compressed air (I have a gun that was I think $80 but you can buy it in cans as well which is cheaper, personally I find the gun better value in the long run . I was originally attempting to lift the entire top but as I came around to the mouse clickers they partially lifted easily and had some flexibility. I lifted all 3 and shot compressed air through. It dislodged a build up of dust which was the cause of my left click being unreliable. I pressed them gently back into place and am back to using my favourite mouse once again.
