have the same problem with MacBook Pro Touch Bar 2016. I went apple service and they offered me to replace screen for about 600 US dollars. Of course I declined it. This is bullshit. Why apple doesn’t start a service program for this problem? This is their fault, why we should pay for this? It’s getting worse after a couple of hours usage :( about 6 hours later i can not see the Dock. Then there appears same horizontal lines on top of the screen.
