Respuesta a "My vacuum cleaner comes on but it won't stay on, what's wrong?"My problem was with a shop Vac. If you look under the filter you will see a rubber float inside. If you hold that up and try to push the switch you will see it go directly to the switch. This is a safe shut off to prevent water getting into the motor. Make sure the bottom is clean so it drops all the way down or your Vac will shut off as soon as you let go of the button. I have two Vac and both was doing the same thing one I had to clean the bottom that is rested on the other had junk around it restricting it’s travel. I hope this helps.
