cant transfer all the data.....you cant move super mario kart and you cant move smash i may be wrong about one of those but i know one of them you cant....unlocking all that mario kart stuff took forever. i am not redoing that. but if this guy is not in the same boat then I was then replace the drive like i am doing. also they say in the specs while ordering the drive that it will play game cube games....which the drive RVL-001 i thought was the only one that can play gamecube games....

my gamecube disks wont even load when i try to start the game....reads and spins with gamecube but wont load....... and wii discs wont read or spin. i ordered a new drive from those ifixit people. check this out Why can't my Wii read game discs?.
