My macbook air 11 got crushed by baggage handlers

On a recent airline trip through Vegas to my home in Arizona, the baggage handlers at the Airport crushed my carry on when transporting me to the shuttle bus.

The laptop would still boot but the screen was broken and the case was bent in a number of spots. I purchase a lower case cover on ebay and the screen replacement from you guys. I got it running A-ok and actually I'm sending this message on the broken laptop. Running perfectly! Also the mac mini dual drive kit installed easily and works perfect as well, I did a super fast SSD for boot and apps and the original 500 gig drive for data.

Very easy to work on with your guide other than the screw driver for the bottom cover on the air was missing from my screwdriver kit I purchased. I have to order the special screw driver today, I hope you will give me a break as I thought it was included in the tools I purchased from you before.

Include the screw driver for the air bottom cover in your full screw driver kit, this is a pain in the but as I have to order one and ship it special all by itself.
