The 5-Minute iPod Video

Mi Problema

A very close friend of mine informed me that her iPod would only hold a full charge for 5 minutes. I offered to replace it, so she sent me the iPod. She was right - I fully charged it and it didn't even get through one song before it shut itself off!!

Smooth and sweet!! The opening tools included with the battery were such a valuable (and needed) asset and the repair took significantly less time because of that!

BE CAREFUL WITH THE RIBBON CABLE SECURING CONNECTORS!!! The little brown clip that holds it in place snapped one of the retaining hooks when I pulled it out. I'm glad it's not that specific clip that holds it in place! (But hot glue did, for extra safety!!)
