My home button has been a pain since I first got the iPhone, but I didn't want to send it to Apple... again.

And I'm the type who like to do it myself. See how the thing is put together and stuff like that.

The repair went as smooth as it can... without a ScrewMat :P

Get a ScrewMat! Even though it's not entirely necessary. But I bet it would make the process alot more comfortable.
