Before the PS3 would not even turn on.

With the great pictures and step by step instructions on the site it was great. It took me approximately 2.5 hours and everything went smoothly. Now it runs great!
Mi Consejo
I had an older version PS3 so you need to be able to wing it a little. I like taking pictures of where certain screws and pieces go while disassembling to reference when putting it back together.
