the fan began to make so much noise, i installed the software smcfan to saw whats was going on and i realized the left fan was dead 0 rpm

perfect, i printed the guide and step by step i changed the fan, so easy
Mi Consejo
Only be carefull by pulling the plugs, better use the Spudger if you can.
When remove the dead fan, clean the grille you will see before installing the new one
