Moderate

Mi Problema

I had a noisy right fan, my MacBook sounded like a diesel engine. And well, it didn't cool any longer, I noticed my MacBook getting hot during charging the battery and using the computer.

Mi SoluciĆ³n

The repair was really easily done. The only tricky thing was: it appeared that the front, when gently lifted, still is attached to the main board by a sensor that is placed under the left speaker. So, you can't turn the front up as the hood of a car, as shown in the guide, I had to turn it away to the left gently.

And man, the connecters are tiny! Took me a while to figure how to disconnect the old fan.

Still, it's an easy job to do.

Mi Consejo

Maybe it's a good idea to add at step 9 of the guide "how to disconnect the sensor under the left speaker".
