shattered digitizer replacement

Getting started was a bit difficult, the blue spudgers not the best for this task the little tips just break away, had to use a razor blade to get the first pick in under the glass. Maybe ya'll could have a template showing the sensitive areas , best place to start and best direction of travel. The template could be made like the protective film and that may help. Depending on how bad the digitizer is shattered this may also help hold all the little pieces together. Just a thought.
