Macbook Pro was water damaged by Chinese herbal jell spill

Mi Problema

The Chinese herbal jell is served by hot; when it is cold down, it turns into jello. My sister spill it onto 13" unibody MBP.

Mi Solución

Follow the steps of iFix, I remove all elements of MBP, including keyboard (see photo) and clean most of jello residues. It takes more than 4 hours. Luckily, the MBP seems working ok. Unfortunately, the battery is dead. I probably find an OEM replacement later.

NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER have any type of drinks next to the laptop. Apple genius give me a $800 estimate for fixing.
