Wanted a faster, quieter drive to give the computer a bit more life.
Mi Solución
Almost perfect. The plastic surrounding one of the HD temp sensors broke upon removal (can that be replaced?), so I carefully put the two leads back on the pins and separated them. The logic board removal tool was worth every penny.

Be careful with these fidgety little connectors.
