Mi Problema

My nephew in Portland damaged his 2007 MacBook Pro when he knocked it out of bed while he was sleeping with it–at least twice. He broke the front bezel and the lid does not close properly. Also the screen is dark, but the desktop is visible in a strong light.

I was on vacation in Portland when I examined the computer and did not bring it back with me when I returned home. I will start working on it after my daughter ships it to me and I receive it.

I received the tool kit about three days after I ordered it. When I opened the package I noticed that the suction cup was missing, but I didn't think much of it because I don't think I'll need it for this job. I received an email from your operation yesterday inquiring whether the suction cup was included, and I responded that it was not. I expect to receive it from you shortly.
