Apple 1, 3rd party AC to USB charger 0

Mi Problema

What appeared to be a bad battery was only a bad charger. However, no battery is forever and now we're ready for that day.

A little more patience while troubleshooting would have told me that- it appeared the IPod wasn't charging on PC USB, but by time your shipment arrived the IPod was fully charged and working beautifully. Kudos to your service though, you are definitely the go-to guys for Mac repairs. I'v already used the spudger for repairing a Powerbook and a G5 IMac. It works beautifully in conjunction with the classic nylon spudgers.

Troubleshooting- the devil's in the details. Pay attention, and if you don't have to hurry, it's worth it to get the big picture. Unless, of course, you're a tech with all the scruples of a used car salesman. Then by all means, replace parts that don't need it and pad your bill. We all love it when you make us all look bad.
