I had my iSight go out on my MBP retina, so I had to take it to a local certified Apple repair shop as I didn't want to send it in because of time. I was reluctant as I knew more about the retina or Apple in general than these people. Long story short they thought I was SMB, and I told them, proved them wrong and finally they replaced my screen. BUT... they put my screws in wrong! So that made my case squeaky and the screws to stick out driving me nuts. They didn't even know that there are two special screws that go into the back two holes!
Come to find out two other screws were loose. So I took all of them out, found the correct two that go in the back two holes, and tightened all of them. Went smooth and my Macbook pro retina is good as new!
Don't take anything major to anyone EXCEPT Apple....
