Battery wouldn't hold a charge. Full at 8 am then by noon it's at 40% and I never made a call....dead before I got off work.

Followed the guide, and while very perilous because of the sensitivity of all the parts and their microscopic size, I followed it to the letter and when I powered it on afterwards it worked like a charm.

Patience...Patience...Patience. Work slow. If you don't know what you are doing, FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS. read them first and go slow. Also for me, I just used the 2 tools that came with it and that was fine, but a suction cup (small one) is very helpful for the first step of lifting up the screen. I used two sided tape, but a small suction cup is guide recommended and in my opinion a good thing to have. Otherwise, straightforward repair...take your time and you shouldn't have issues.
