A little bit frustrating, so your company level of difficultly was probably right. Had my daughter help me on the repair. Found a very small screw in the case after we got it apart. It was one of the screws that hold in the plug for the earphones. My daughter put that screw back in for me.

Pictures on your website are good, but they are kind of dark, so it is hard to see all the tabs that need to be open. The main thing is to be patient and don't get in a hurry.
