YLOD or Yellow Light of Death.

Mi Solución

The repair went well. It is a long process and I messed up some of the screws but I got it together. Only problem was with the thermal paste. I hopefully spread it on well as it was hard to apply.

Turned on the system, now the fan doesn't work (which I read on further to find out it was my fault). But there is no YLOD.

Mi Consejo

Be careful with the fan. It may shift during movement. Just make sure you have some way to test it.
