Mi Problema

Not really a fix as much as an upgrade, I wanted to add an SSD to my mac mini for use as a windows system.

The process was super simple, just like the video. The installation guide was also essential. The only problem I ran into was the fact that the holes on the original hard drive that the airport antenna mounted to before the upgrade no longer lined up after the SSD was installed. Everything was exactly the way it was before so I don't really know what changed. This really wasn't a big deal however, because the antenna is still mounted to the chassis and I figure that the only reason for the screws holding the hard drive to the antenna in the first place was because of the empty space beneath. So the antenna was essential holding the hard drive up, which is, of course, no longer necessary because of the new drive right underneath the original.

Mi Consejo

Don't worry about the screw holes on the original hard drive not lining up properly after installation; they really aren't necessary as long as there is a second hard drive underneath to support. And take your time, especially when reversing the process.
