Put the razor down!

Mi Problema

When the fan in my MacBook got up to speed it sounded like I was shaving with an electric razor.

Mi Solución

The repair was fairly easy, but I was supervised by a former Mac Genius. Between the guide and my friend there weren't any surprises.

Mi Consejo

The felt tape connecting the fan to the heat sink as well as the foil tape were extremely fragile. It would have been nice if the repair kit included new strips of these tapes.
