Mi Problema
A user in the company I work for dropped and shattered the back of the 1 month old iPhone 4S we bought to replace one that had a minor flaw. I took the back of the old one and put it on the newer one.
Mi Solución
The repair wasn't too bad - getting the shattered glass backing off of the broken iPhone took some finesse, but wasn't too difficult.
Mi Consejo
Make sure you've got a clean surface and watch for little glass shards in your fingers :)
