Dying hard drive

Mi Problema

I upgraded my mid-07 IMac to Mountain Lion and some problems I was having with my machine suddenly became magnified. After some checking I discovered that my HDD was on it's way to it's death.

Besides, I was tired of running out of disk space anyway.

Knowing that my machine was out of warranty and Applecare, I turned to IFixit.

Mi Solución

First off, I was incredibly impressed by how quickly I got my order. I ordered it on a Monday and it was in my hands on Tuesday.

I used the guide on-line to navigate the process which was quite easy.

Machine is running great now and I have so much room for activities.

Do it- it is not that hard.
