Battery no longer held a charge
Mi Solución
First attempt was a failure. I believe I pulled a ribbon loose. Then I pulled the battery ribbon connector out. I got out my surgical loops and surgical instruments. I found the ribbon between to the hard drive and motherboard and repositioned it. I placed the battery connector back in place and was able with 3 hands to keep it in place and place the ribbon.

If you are over 30 use magnification.
Could not tell if the paper should come off the battery.
The instructions on the battery connector are OK, I was warned how delicate it was, but I would recommend pushing down with the tool while gently twisting the tool to open the connection. That way the connector won't torque out. It is more of a slide up than a flip.
