The back panel looked bad but everything worked but was afraid of shards of glass

Got the package and realized I ordered for the iPhone 4 and not 4s. Called customer service who gave me an RMA to return the one I didn't need and had me place the correct order and did not charge a restocking fee. Got the correct part today and installed in less than 5 minutes. My phone is whole again
