Mi Problema
This MacBook Pro lives on the kitchen counter. We tried an external hard drive for our photos but it was always in the way and seemed to get bumped and disconnected much too often. We needed was a large internal hard drive.
Mi Solución
The repair was done in one evening. Used SuperDuper to backup the original hard drive and followed all the instructions to install the new 750GB hard drive. The three recommended tools are all essential. We restored the hard drive and rebooted with new hard drive.
Mi Consejo
I recommend this upgrade to anyone with an audio/photo/movie hobby. If you are worried, invite a mac friend over for dessert and have her/him watch your progress and discuss the instructions.
