Replacing the Boss's Iphone battery

Iphone wouldn't keep a charge.

Mi Solución

I ripped the plastic tab of off the battery removal helper thingy. The glue on the battery is TOUGH!!! Ended up busting the plastic pry bars to get the old battery out. Oh well they were as good as disposable anyways. New battery went in without to much trouble. Had to carefully fold the connector cable. Looked at the old battery to see how to fold the cable.

Unfortunately the battery replacement didn't fix the original problem. There still must be some app or radio that is draining the phone.
