A big trip for a small adapter

I am NOT a professionnel for electronics (and I'm French, so, sorry for my english). I could not find the adapter I needed in Apple Store : too complicated for me ! But I found it easilly in your site (and a bit cheaper !) Do you also repair TomTom GPS ?
