excellent instructions. the kit if fantastic and well worth the cost. it has exactly what you need, without extra parts. the opening tool works very well, except the metal tip tends to bend when you are prying apart the case. may help to include a plastic and metal spudger in the kit. also it would be nice to have better instructions for putting the xbox back together, rather than backtracking through the teardown instructions.

you can use a hair dryer for reflowing the motherboard, it worked for me. if you don't have a screw tray, use scotch tape to keep the removed screws in one place.
