Great service, pentalobe screwdrive could use a face lift

Dropped my phone in water and the battery probably shorted out or something of that nature. I took it the the Apple store in Anchorage and they wouldn't work on it because I have a verizon phone and Verizon doesn't have towers in Alaska. Their solution was to spend $150 to send it in to the lower 48 for repairs. What a bunch of bs.

Easy, except the tiny pentalobe screwdriver I ordered did not work. It seemed like one of the tiny teeth was missing and the driver would slip out and not grab the screw. I had to search around town until I found a cell phone repair kiosk with a competent screw driver. After that, the battery replacement was a piece of cake. The tutorials online are money.
