Had dropped my iPhone 4S and cracked the back glass.
Mi Solución
It truly took me longer to open the box I got from you than to perform the repair. The actual repair took 45 seconds - removed the two pentalobe screws easily, slid off the old back and slid on the new one and popped screws back in. Could not have been any easier unless you found a easier to open tape on your shipping box!

Do this repair yourself - there is no excuse to pay anyone else to do it for you!
