Mi Problema
My sisters iPhone was having charging issues for a while so we took it to the Apple Store and they wanted $80 to replace the battery. I did some checking and found the battery here at ifixit for a lot less so I decided to try the repair myself.

The repair was fairly simple especially with the ifixit guides.
Mi Consejo
Really the only trick was getting that silly faulty battery out of the phone as noted in the ifixit guide some batteries are really glued in there. Working the old battery loose was the most difficult and time consuming part of the process for me.
