The battery wouldn't hold a charge.
Mi Solución
Pretty smoothly except when I got one of the connectors stuck under the battery. I was able to pull up the new battery to free the cable and then continued with the reassembly. The only other minor issue was that I snapped off one end of the spudger when I was pulling up the battery. My iPhone works great now!
Mi Consejo
Use a magnet to hold the screws during disassembly and assembly. Make sure you don't get any cables or connectors stuck under the battery when you install it.
