Cracked digitizer/LCD. Ran into a stripped screw from a previous repair.

Smooth repair after I had the precision extraction screwdrivers.

The screw was stripped so bad that the smallest screwdriver couldn't do the trick, I used the largest sized screwdriver to grasp the center of the stripped screw and the outside ring of the head. This allowed me to turn the screw a 1/4 turn at time until it finally came out. The product description for the extraction screwdrivers does say that if a screw is too stripped, the tools may not be effective, but my method helped me worked around it.
