Mi Problema
One early morning, my phone just decided that it will not charge. I saw the battery slowly go down from 90% to 50% to 25% to 13% to finally where it would not start. uptill 2 days ago the battery would hold for over 2 days and all of a sudden - one fine day it decided it wants to die!!!
Mi Solución
First decided to replace the phone - Cost - 200$+ 2 year contract + loose out on the iphone 5 that may be coming in few months.
SEcond option - send it to Apple to replace battery - cost 79$+shipping + tax
finally came to ifixit. Replace battery yourself -Cost appx $35 total.
Decided to go with ifixit and am happy that i did. Have a wonderful, working phone now.

Do your research. At least the iphone battery replacement is something you can easily do.
Highly recommended you order the necessary tools from ifixit also. I know they charge a premium for them but they are well worth the money. - Compared to Apple who is a rip-off of gigantic proportion.
